For over two decades, Martin has achieved strong results for diverse groups of consumers in class actions and complex litigation. He fights for his clients in courts around the country against major insurance companies, banks, retailers, manufacturers, and other powerful corporate interests.

With three children in various stages of undergraduate and post-graduate life, he can now sometimes be found on a hockey rink, outdoors smoking brisket, or playing keyboards.
